Campaign Web Site: Citizen Smith1
The 2008 Chris Smith for Portland City Council
campaign required a diverse web site with
articles, press releases, video clips, and forms where volunteers could sign up, supporters could comment,
and campaign staff could organize data. Utilizing an open-source platform, the web site promoted the
campaign's themes of openness and accountability. Close attention was paid to local and state campaign
finance and disclosure laws. With the campaign now over, an online archive has been preserved for
reference and demonstration purposes.

Health Web Site: Gateway Sports Medicine
The Gateway Sports Medicine and Milwaukie Injury Rehabilitation
site promotes the physical therapy and natural medicine services offered,
and provides detailed staff biographies, insurance policies, and disclosure forms.
Interactive Google Maps provide driving and transit directions to both company offices.
Patients may sign up for an e-newsletter, powered by Constant Contact,
and a new testimonials page details cheerful recommendations of the clinic.

Commercial Web Site: MagicBox, Inc.
As a top manufacturer of Digital Signage and Video Messaging systems, MagicBox required
an extensive, professional web site. The site contains numerous product pages, customer support areas,
feed back forms, on-line streaming videos, and sample downloads.
|
Interactive Community: RCPNA.org
The Rose City Park Neighborhood Association
web site is fully interactive, based on the Affinity Portal Manager (APM) community platform, developed by SQWare.
All management functions, such as the posting of bulletins and newsletter articles, may be performed by members of the neighborhood
association without the need for specialized knowledge of HTML or other complex code.

(originally designed by another designer), including general streamlining of information content,

and the addition of online annual pass sales using
PayPal.
The site also integrates real-time streetcar arrival information and an interactive route map provided by
NextBus.

Citizen Smith Campaign Videos1
We produced five videos for the Citizen Smith campaign, including these three
"Conversations with Chris". Originally shot in full HD resolution for future-proof redistribution,
the videos were promoted on the campaign web site, YouTube, and via local newspaper web sites.
Featuring entirely original videography (no stock photos), a wide variety of shooting locations
were selected to highlight the candidate's message.

Alphagen Product Video
The launch of this full-featured product required a demonstration video in
a short time frame, on a budget, but with a professional image. This video features a host,
extensive product shots, and a variety of locations.

Software User Manual
The Aavelin Digital Signage system encompasses multiple pieces of software (client and
server), a variety of user experiences, and unique turnkey hardware. The Aavelin manual was created
to both introduce new users to the system and provide experienced users with a basic reference. The
